Dr. Francine Hernandez
(Dr. H)

Dr. H. Is a Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor (CPE) and a certified clinical chaplain and pastoral counselor. She is a graduate of Morehouse School of Religion and holds a doctorate in counseling from New York Theological Seminary. She is an ordained Baptist minister.

Bobbie Budgett

Bobbie J. Budgett, is a retired United States Department of Agriculture employee, residing in the Melbourne, FL area. Being only a Rosedale High School graduate, she became the first African American Female Telecommunications Mission Area Control Officer and Liaison for approximately 2300 plus USDA State and County Offices, with duties and responsibilities to provide voice and data telecommunications services and support for approximately 2300 plus USDA State and County Offices. She loves spending time with family, serving in various church ministries and watching movies. Her area of expertise is being able to “walk by her faith and not by sight.”

Wanda Harrison

Wanda Laneice Harrison, a trailblazer, is a graduate of the Lillian Roberts Women's Leadership Academy. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of New Rochelle and her master's degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.  Wanda is currently an attendee of the New School of Biblical Theology.   Wanda is a member of the Christian Cultural Center, whose ministry is Community Affairs. She is a singer, an aspiring author, and a poet. It is her passion to combine her work, education, and life experience into coaching and assisting others on their life journey. Wanda has been employed in the New York City Police Department for over 31 years and spent 20 of those years as an Associate Investigator. She is involved in the NYPD Guardians Association and is a Choir member. Wanda is actively involved in her union as the Investigator Chapter Chair of Local 1113 in DC37. She is also the Chairperson of Local 1113 Communications Committee. Wanda is a community advocate and is a member of several community-based organizations, such as the NAACP (Mid-Manhattan Branch), NCNW – National Council of Negro Women (Manhattan), the Fundraiser Chairperson, ACES- Advancement of Civilian Employees, NOBLE – National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (Associate Member) New York Chapter, 2018-2020 Recording Secretary, CBTU – Coalition of Black Trade Unionists NYC Chapter. Wanda is the eldest of three daughters born to Deacon Wilbert Harrison and Deaconess Blanche Harrison in Brooklyn, New York. She has three sons and she has raised one of her nieces. She is the grandmother of three. Wanda desires God to use her for his purpose and always be in His will. Her favorite scripture is Colossians 3:12 (ESV), "Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience." ​ ​

Rita Amaya-Oates earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Lehman College, Bronx NY. She is a Bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She has been working with children and families with Mental Health challenges since 2009. She is trained and certified in Trauma Informed Practice. Currently, Rita is on the Student Support Team at Democracy Prep, Bronx Prep Charter High School as an LMSW Social Worker. She is a Mount Vernon resident and a member of the Mount Vernon Star Scholar (MVSS) Mentorship Team. As an MVSS member, she mentors high school students in the Mount Vernon School District. Rita’s personal and professional Goals include obtaining a private practice, becoming a Social Work consultant, and an author. Rita’s Achievements / Accomplishments are: SIFI Certified, CPR Certified, and Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified. Her hobbies include Walking, Walking Workouts, Dancing, Traveling, and her favorite is Self Care. Rita Amaya-Oates, LMSW

Pastor Annette Warren

Pastor Annette Warren, Pastor of Cedar Bluff United Methodist Church, Cedar Bluff, VA, Seminar focus: Women of God, we are the Lord's vessels. God is ready to fill us with His presence. Christ is the head of the victory procession. The vessel is identified by its sweet fragrance. When we are rooted and anchored in Christ, we begin to smell like Him and become his witnesses. With Christ in you, as a saved believer, we have the "hope of glory" and can be confident of eternity with Christ in heaven.

Rita Amaya-Oates

Hobbit Forrest is an interfaith clinical chaplain with a Master of Divinity and a Graduate Certificate in Loss and Healing from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. She volunteers with Catholic Hospice in the Holy Cross Hospital where she provides hospice patients, families and staff with inspiration, encouragement and support. Hobbit is an active member in the Miami *CPSP Chapter, and currently serves as the Chapter’s Secretary. Hobbit is an ordained minister with the Centers for Spiritual Living and specializes in pastoral care and counseling at the Center for Spiritual Living (CSL) in Ft. Lauderdale. Hobbit coordinates the CSL Wisdom Circle, an educational and social monthly program that helps seniors to bond with one another and communicate their ideas, desires and needs in a safe and caring environment. Hobbit is active in the Florida South Area 10 Al-Anon Organization as an Al-Anon Information Service Liaison (AISL) and as a certified Alateen Sponsor. * The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is an organization that offers training and certification programs in pastoral care, counseling, and psychotherapy. CPSP's programs focus on family-centered care and collaboration with medical professionals
